Solar

Rooftop and ground mount solar, installed and serviced by one local crew.

Most of our customers go solar with a no-money-down lease. Prefer to own it? We offer purchase and loan options too. Send your address and a recent electric bill and we'll show you what makes sense for your home.

Wouldn’t it be nice to work with an actual construction company instead of a random or unknown sales rep or sales organization that has no liability or responsibility for the speed or quality of the installation itself?

Working with one company through the whole process is better for quality control. Design, install, and service stay with the same crew, so you’re not bounced around between different companies wondering who’s in charge.

Send us your address and a recent utility bill. We look at your roof and your usage, then lay out your options, starting with a no-money-down lease, plus purchase and loan. You get a plain-English proposal with no pressure. If it doesn’t make sense for your home, we’ll tell you.

  • Designed for your roof and your usage

We look at your roof, your shading and a recent utility bill before we recommend anything.

  • Our own licensed electricians

Ecogen is a fully licensed and insured electrical contractor, so the wiring, panel work and interconnection are done in-house.

  • Roof check included

If your roof needs work first, we do roofing too, so you don't juggle two contractors.

  • Lease, loan or purchase

$0 down with a lease, or own it — owners may qualify for local incentives.

Questions homeowners ask

Can I go solar with no money down?

Yes. Most of our customers choose a lease with no money out of pocket. We'll also show you purchase and loan numbers side by side.

What about the federal solar tax credit?

The federal residential solar credit no longer applies to homeowner-owned systems bought after 2025, so we don't count it in your numbers.

How long does an install take?

It depends on the system and permitting. We'll give you a timeline in your proposal.
